Shedding the Cocoon

I am a fabulous 50 who is trying to live life authentically, unapologetically and fearlessly! I have many titles. In my career I am a mental health practitioner, certified counselor and registered yoga teacher. In my personal life I am a daughter, sister, cousin and friend but the titles I am the most proud of are dog mom and mom to my bestest son and Mimi to two grandchildren who are perfect in every way! 
Starting this podcast is a dream becoming a reality for me! This part of my journey is about living life in vulnerability and transparency and showing that just because I am 50 does not mean life is over. I'm hoping it has just begun because I have so many things I want to do!!!! Thanks for joining me on this journey, I hope to have a lot of fun experiences to share!
